It has con men pulling scams , scatter brained socialites and martial madness. The comedy routine about the guy in the taxi was good. Made during WW2 there is a lot of references to " anything for our men and women in uniform " which is used as a setup for a lot of the gags and comedy bits in this movie. Audio and video quality of the DivX version is very good. <br><br><hr>
